I’m Dr. Albert Takem, a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine. I graduated from the University of Bologna in Italy in 2004 and completed my residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York. My passion for this program comes from personal experience—I struggled with weight loss myself and found there were no options tailored to people like me who follow an ethnic diet. I’ve combined my medical knowledge and personal journey to create this program and help others succeed.
